My friends would know that I love different cultures. I love the foreign, the new, the different, the strange and intriguing. I love analysing how culture affects people's upbringing and how that in turn affects their adult lives: how they react, how they relate, who they are.
Pais Clitheroe spent some time today thinking about our team culture. What qualities and standards do we want to represent? What do we want people to notice about us? What do we want to be known as and known for? What do we want our legacy to be?
We committed to growing a culture of fun, openness, showing Jesus, authenticity and love among other things.
